Volunteer Citizen Election Integrity Advocates Sharing the Truth about Ohio's and our Nation's Elections
"Ask not what your country can do for you - but what you can do for your country." - JFK
Virtually all states have serious election integrity issues, including Ohio. Once you see the data as we have, you cannot unsee. That is why we are here.
It is possible for fictitious registrations to have their absentee ballot counted, even after implementation of SB293 in March 2026.
A fraudulent voter registration is submitted using a fictitious name (for example, a pet named Maggie), a real Ohio address, any birth date age 18+, and any four digits for social security number (SSN4). Because identity and citizenship are not verified, the registration is accepted and Maggie is added to the voter rolls.
SB293 triggers provisional voting if the SSN4 does not match a Social Security Administration (SSA) record. A notice is mailed requesting confirmation or correction. If it is returned affirming the same invalid SSN4 - or providing another invalid SSN4 - SB293 does not require the Board to RECHECK THE NUMBER AGAINST SSA RECORDS. The provisional voting flag is removed without identity or citizenship verification.
An absentee ballot can be requested for Maggie using the same invalid SSN4. The ballot is mailed, and counted when returned using the same SSN4 and a matching signature.
Although submitting the fraudulent registration is illegal and may lead to prosecution if caught, the damage is already done - the vote from "Maggie" has been counted, with little remedy to remove it from certified election results.

Estimated Payments to AMT in Ohio (2023 Drives)
-
For the 2023 ballot measure signature drives in Ohio, proponents spent millions on signature gathering, with AMT receiving a large portion of that.
-
Specifically:
-
Ohio Issue 1 (abortion‑rights constitutional amendment): about $6.65 million total cost to gather required signatures — most of which went to AMT as the paid signature‑gathering firm.
-
Ohio Issue 2 (marijuana legalization initiative): about $4.06 million total cost for signatures, also largely paid to AMT.
-
-
Combined, this suggests roughly $10.7 million or more was spent on signature gathering for these two major initiatives, with AMT the vendor doing most of that work.
cording to the Ohio Secretary of State’s announcement, evidence of suspected election law violations was referred to prosecutors in these 20 counties for review and possible prosecution related to petition and voter registration irregularities:
The 20 counties:
-
Butler
-
Champaign
-
Cuyahoga

These referrals were made in August 2024 by Secretary of State Frank LaRose’s office after local boards flagged suspicious petition and voter registration forms submitted by canvassers — including forms associated with Black Fork Strategies LLC — for possible election law violations.
Referrals to prosecutors mean the cases were turned over for review and possible criminal charges, but not necessarily that charges were filed or prosecutions have occurred in all jurisdictions.
