Secretary of State Frank LaRose issues contradictory Election Integrity statements:

"I think we ran the most successful election we've ever had." (in reference to 2020 General Election 1/23/2021)
     "for election fraud to occur on a wide scale . . . It's a fantasy." (1/23/2021)
"Ohio's elections are secure and accurate-and our audits prove it after each and EVERY election." (1/5/2022)
"Voter fraud is rare in Ohio. . . because we have good laws on the books. . . there is no such thing as an acceptable level of voter                           fraud. We're just not going to tolerate it." as he refers non-citizens who registered to vote or cast a vote to Attorney General (7/12/2021)
"The alleged voter fraud uncovered by my office and referred for prosecution this week is ONLY THE BEGINNING. This is one of                           MANY investigations." (2/3/2022).
This statement came after LaRose submitted referrals of potential election fraud to authorities.
"I'll stop at nothing to expose any effort to cheat in Ohio & I'll call out any attempt to downplay this threat to the integrity of our                            elections." (2/3/2022)

"It's an even bigger problem in other states where laws & leaders are weak. President Trump is right to say voter fraud is a serious                      problem. More to come." (2/3/2022)
"Lawbreakers should know we take election security seriously, and we won't tolerate even one unlawful vote to go unpunished on my                watch." (2/1/2022)

2023.01.31 County in Arkansas rejects voting machines.JPG

A Cleburne County quorum court voted to remove voting machines from elections, making it a "paper ballot" county.

Officials with the Arkansas voter Integrity Initiative Inc. (AVII) said the vote was in response to AVII CEO Colonel Conrad Reynolds' push for election computers to be removed from Arkansas elections. The decision now require votes to be hand counted.

"The machines do not read the names on the ballots, instead they scan barcodes, which humans cannot read," Reynolds said. "They also utilize proprietary software that we are not allowed to examine. This all means voters cannot verify that their vote is being counted properly as mandated by state law."

An AVII attorney noted that it is in Arkansas law that each county has the right to choose their voting process.

"Voters in more than half of all Ohio counties utilize paper ballots to cast their vote."  TRUTH: While around half of all Ohio counties use paper ballots to enter
votes and some smaller jurisdictions may count paper ballots by hand,
ALL 88 COUNTIES have electronic voting equipment count paper
ballots as shown on the map below. Counties highlighted in green use
paper ballots to enter votes.
Watch video instructions to submit paper
ballots into an optical scanning machine in Cuyahoga County.  Now,

It doesn't really matter if your ballot is paper or not because the computer software (programming code) used on all the 'machines' count your vote, including the optical scanning machines in which paper ballots are inserted. The vendors who provide all the 'machines', such as Dominion and ES&S DO NOT ALLOW ACCESS TO ANY OF THE COMPUTER SOFTWARE TO VERIFY ITS ACCURACY.

    Let's Explore The TRUTH:

SOS Frank LaRose OHIO'S ELECTION SECURITY FACT SHEET

"All electronic voting machines in Ohio have a voter-verified paper trail."
TRUTH: The voter-verified paper trail didn't stop the 2018 vote discrepancy that was determined to be a result of human mistakes in operating electronic voting machines in Miami County. (4/4/2019 VIEW)
Counties provide public Logistics & Accuracy Testing, but this is a farce because they may use portable (removable) 'Testing' software instead of the software that is used during the Election. Even if they did use the same software as used during the Election, computer software can be programmed to count votes correctly on the Logistics & Accuracy Testing Day, but incorrectly on Election Day. Even on Election Day, some 'machines' can be programmed to tally correctly, while others tally incorrectly. All the machines can be programmed to tally correctly at certain time periods and tally incorrectly at other times. Election officials cannot prove this does not happen, because they don't have access to the computer software.  Don't be fooled into thinking Logic and Accuracy Tests  performed before and after the election assure the 'machine' is accurate'', if Logic and Accuracy Tests are not performed randomly during the Election.
THE TRUTH IS THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT WAY TO KNOW IF YOUR VOTE IS COUNTED CORRECTLY ONCE IT IS ENTERED ON A MACHINE OR SCANNED INTO A MACHINE REGARDLESS OF THE VOTER-VERIFIED PAPER TRAIL, AS IT IS POSSIBLE FOR THE PAPER TRAIL TO BE CORRECT AND THE ACTUAL VOTE TO BE MANIPULATED.
"Ohio's voting machines and tabulators are never connected to the internet."
TRUTH:  The "Voting machines and tabulators" themselves do not connect to the internet as they are considered physical equipment, but "computer software" inside the "voting machines and tabulators" may very well connect to the internet, and there has been proof of this. Government officials commonly use double-speak to deliberately distort the meaning of words to We The People. .

"Ohio has a robust voter registration list that goes through a regular  maintenance process to ensure out-of-date and abandoned registrations are removed from the voter rolls."  TRUTH: Ohio was sued by Judicial Watch 2012 to clean up voter rolls because many counties in Ohio had registrations that exceeded or were close to exceeding the voting age population in that county. In the past 20 years, many County Registered Voter Rolls changed by the THOUSANDS while voting age population changed by the HUNDREDS in the same period. Sure, population isn't the only indicator of registered voters; there can be other items to motivate Ohioans to register to vote. But are those 'motivators' legal? If the "robust voter registration list" goes through a "regular maintenance process to ensure out-of-date and abandoned registrations are removed from the voter rolls", why isn't Ohio transparent in reporting the results of this "regular maintenance process?" How does the Secretary of State explain 852,786 registered voters on the voter registration list with no voting record in any election going back to year 2000, or the 1,333 registered voters that are older than the oldest reported person in Ohio?
"AUDITS ENSURE ACCURACY: Throughout the election, boards reconcile voter lists and ensure no votes were counted twice. Any attempts to do so are referred for prosecution."

"AUDITS ENSURE ACCURACY: After an election, every county conducts a post-election audit. All audits are open to the public.  Statewide Results Show a 99.98% Accuracy Rate in the 2020 Presidential Election."

TRUTH:  This is another example of double-speak. The definition of 'audit' by Merriam-Webster is "a methodical examination and review".  If the IRS audits a tax return, do they simply recalculate the numbers on the return to make sure they add up correctly, or do they examine and review the basis for the numbers to ensure their legitimacy? As the Post-Election Audit video explains, these county audits are simply a recount of certified votes. Words Matter.   It provides no means of identifying the legitimacy of the ballots. The 'auditors' check the total votes on the paper receipts match the total certified machine/tabulator votes. The "Accuracy Rate" compares the hand 'audit' count to the total certified electronic machine/tabulator count. The Post-Election Audit does not check for fraudulent ballots. For example, there were over 62,000 citizens in Ohio who registered to vote after the October 5, 2020 voter

registration deadline AND voted in the 2020 General Election. Does the Post-Election Audit verify these ballots were legitimate?  NO.  A 'Forensic' Audit would examine and review the ballots; however, the Ohio Secretary of State Post-Election Audit (also known as a recount) does not include a Forensic Audit. In addition, there is a small fraction of ballots in a small fraction of precincts in each county that are 'selected' for recount. Is it possible the SOS and county BOE assure these small fractions of ballots in a small fraction of precincts in each county that are 'selected' for recount are valid when other ballots outside the 'selected'  ones are not? YES. If the SOS wanted to give confidence that Ohio elections are secure and accurate, random precincts (not a fraction of a precinct selected by the BOE and/or SOS) would be drawn from a verified complete list of precincts randomly drawn by a random member of the public in a public livestream event.

TRUTH: Ohio elections are not secure & accurate as Secretary of State Frank LaRose claims.

The following is the TRUTH behind another common quote
coming from Ohio Secretary of State Frank LaRose's Office:
"Before a voter may receive a ballot, they must provide identification to a bipartisan team of election officials."
TRUTH:
An acceptable identification in which the Secretary of State's Office refers to can be the last 4 digits of a social security number when voting absentee. It is possible any string of 4 digits could be used as the last 4 digits of a social security number because the last 4 digits of a social security number are not required to be verified by a bipartisan team of election officials.
