Sharing the Truth about Ohio Elections by Citizen Volunteer Researchers
Virtually all states have serious election integrity issues, including Ohio. Once you see the data as we have, you cannot unsee. That is why we are here.
Without a detailed investigation to prove otherwise, the information shown herein clearly shows Ohio Elections are NOT "Secure and Accurate" as portrayed by Secretary of State Frank LaRose.
We The People of Ohio DO NOT have confidence the election systems currently in place by our Secretary of State and
County Boards of Elections alleviates significant irregularities in our elections, and
WE DEMAND CHANGE

-
Eliminate all electronic voting equipment that can malfunction, be hacked, and is subject to operator error; alternately, use electronic voting equipment only as an early indicator or verification of hand counted manually entered paper ballots. Electronic voting equipment may not be legal as they do not allow for 'bipartisan chain of custody'.
-
Scrap existing voter registration rolls; there is law in the Ohio Revised Code that is not being followed to assist in maintaining 'clean voter files' and too many loopholes that have corrupted the voter registration database. In addition, electronic pollbooks have the same deficiencies as electronic voting equipment listed above. Create new manual voter registration rolls. Add last 4 social security number (or other comparable search if social security number not available), US citizenship, incarcerated for felony convictions, ineligibility due to previous election law violations, probate court or guardian affidavit mental competency, and residential address checks for initial registrations and updated annually prior to primary elections. Include photo id on every registration. Registration rolls to be maintained and updated only by CountyBoard of Elections; no more additions of registered voters through BMV, ERIC or other outside sources. County BOE will be held accountable for non-compliance.
-
All precincts to have a maximum of 1,000 voters.
-
Declare Election Day a Holiday and encourage citizens to patriotically serve our country by working the polls. Shift 1 to administer paper ballot voting, and Shift 2 to count paper ballots onsite. Eliminate Early in-person voting which by nature notifies bad actors the number of 'phantom' ballots that are needed to offset Early in-person ballots cast.
-
Allow Absentee Ballots for very limited legitimate reasons which must be 'received' on or before Election Day, rather than 'postmarked' on or before election day, with the only exception being out of country UOCAVA. No Drop Boxes with no exceptions, including 'Government Emergencies'.
-
Severe punishment to be given to persons committing Election and Voting crimes, including ballot harvesting.
-
Photo identification must be shown to Vote, whether In-Person or Absentee and verified to the Registration Photo.
-
Election observers must be allowed to 'observe' without obstruction.
-
Absentee ballots are not to be opened, counted or reported ahead of the close of voting. In addition, there is to be no reporting of Election Day ballot counts until after polls close. Ballot counters do not leave until all votes are counted and results are due by midnight on election night.
-
High quality video cameras show all voting and ballot counting processes; election crime with severe punishment if video cameras are tampered.
-
Cast Vote Records and other public election information are to be available to We The People online without delay and without a fee; all election documents are to be preserved for a minimum of 48 months and be made available to We The People upon request.
-
Precinct level post election Compliance Reviews are to be performed prior to Certification on two totally random selected precincts in each county in a videotaped livestream event open to the public (entire precinct, not fractional), in addition to each entire precinct when voting results for the highest office varies by 10% or more of the same immediately previous election type (e.g. Presidential to Presidential). Compliance Reviews include an examination of paper ballots review to verify votes were not altered, and will be designed to find and correct counting errors, deter fraud and provide valuable data for future elections and restore confidence in Ohio's elections.
Never forget, government officials who make the laws and regulations WORK for We The People. If they do not represent and serve our needs, it is our responsibility and duty to replace them.
How can voter confidence be restored in Ohio elections?
